BALTIMORE -- Over a hundred Airmen packed a room to hear about the Baltic region country that the Maryland National Guard continues to strengthen its military relationship. Many of the Airmen have either been to Estonia or will soon go. "Cultural exchanges have started," said Marju Rink-Abel. Eleven cities in Maryland have been paired with sister cities in Estonia which is an important civilian initiative.
